Homemade wheat bread in bread machine.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick 50-50 Whole Wheat Bread

2 c Unbleached bread flour
1 3/4 c Whole Wheat flour
2 t Active dry yeast
1 1/4 t salt
2 T sugar
2 T nonfat dry milk
1 1/4 c warm water
2 T canola oil

Recipe Directions for Quick 50-50 Whole Wheat Bread

  1. Mix on dough setting, 1 1/2 hrs.

  2. Remove, shape in loaf pan, let rise til double.

  3. Bake in 375 oven, 30-35 minutes.
