Recipe Ingredients for Quick 3-Cheese Pizza

10 oz Pizza Crust All Ready
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
4.057 oz Sliced Mushrooms
1 1tsp Olive Oil
4 medium raw Plum Tomato
5 oz Spinach
7 oz In Brine Artichoke Hearts
3 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese
1 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
0.13 cup Freshly Shredded Parmesan
5 oz Canadian Style Bacon

Recipe Directions for Quick 3-Cheese Pizza

  1. Unroll pizza dough, and press into a 15x10 inch jellyroll pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.

  2. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.

  3. Saute bell pepper and mushrooms in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.

  4. Sprinkle bell pepper mixture, tomato, next 6 ingredients, 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning, and, if desired, Canadian bacon over pizza crust.

  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
