Recipe Ingredients for Quiche with vegetable ?pastry? vs 1

2 oz carrots, grated(about 3)
2 3/4 oz parsnips, grated (about 3)
18 1/4 oz Yellow squash, grated (about 2)
1/2 cup flour, whole wheat
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup egg white
1 egg
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup soy milk, unsweetened
9 3/8 oz garbanzo beans

Recipe Directions for Quiche with vegetable ?pastry? vs 1

  1. add salt to the grated squash and put in colander to drain. Mix together carrots, parsnips, squash, and olive oil. Mix in the flour. Press into a pie plate and bake at 375 deg F for 40 minutes.

  2. Stir together the egg white, egg, and milk. Pour into the shell and add the rinsed and drained beans. Bake at 375 deg F for 40 more minutes
