1 9" Ready Made Pie Crust 3 tbsp chopped onion 10 oz frozen Spinach 5 slices of Canadian Bacon (diced) 5 pieces of sundried tomato (chopped) 2 cups of shredded Gruyere cheese 8 eggs whipped Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche w/Spinach, sundried tomatoes and Gruyere Cheese

1/8 crust Pillsbury Pie Crusts All Ready Rolled
8 medium Egg, Whole
2 cup, shredded Gruyere Cheese
5 serving Canadian Style Bacon
1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach
3 tbsp chopped Onions
5 piece Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained

Recipe Directions for Quiche w/Spinach, sundried tomatoes and Gruyere Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Line a 9" pie pan with the crust.

  3. Fry the onion up for 2 minutes, add the frozen spinach and cook until spinach is thawed and heated.

  4. Layer the cooked spinach, Canadian bacon, sundried tomatoes, and Gruyere cheese.

  5. Slowly add the whipped eggs.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
