vegetable quiche with just a hint of meat

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
5 eggs
16 oz evaporated skim milk
1/2 cup raw spinach
1/2 cup tomato
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup swiss cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup broccoli
96 turkey breast

Recipe Directions for Quiche

  1. make crust

  2. cook crust in pan for about 10 min @ 350

  3. while crust is cooking, mix all ingredients together, except 4 bell pepper rings and 4 tomato slices and parmesan

  4. top with tomato slices and bell pepper rings and parmesan cheese

  5. pour into crust and cook until it sets up, approx 45min to 1 hour
