Quiche with Ratatouille, potatoes in milk and cream, salad and salad dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

2 slice (4" dia x 1/8" thick) New England Brand Sausage, Pork, Beef
3 tbsp chopped Onions
1 inner leaf Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
10 grams Grapes
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
50 grams Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
5 grams Carrots
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
20 grams Cucumber
1 oz Flour
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
8 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Quiche

Make the pastry and blind bake for 10 minutes Chop the onion and fry with the sausages in oil for 10 minutes. Whisk the eggs and add the herbs Boil the broccoli and after chop into little florets take the pastry out and add the onions and the chopped sausages. Add the broccoli and pour the egg mixture into the dish. Slice the tomatoes and add them on top of the quiche. Bake for 45 minutes on 130 degrees until the egg has set. Serve with the vegetables and salad.
