Quick, easy yummy crustless quiche the whole family will love! Wonderful for any meal and just as good cold the next day.

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

16 eggs
1 lb Canadian bacon
5 oz cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Quiche

Crack eggs into a bowl and beat them slightly, mix in the sour cream. Chop up the Canadian bacon and onion into small pieces and pour everything into a greased 9x13 in pan. Shred the cheese over the top. Bake for 20-30 min at 350 or until the egg mixture is solid. Cut into 16 slices and serve.
