broccoli quiche w/ bacon,onion and cheddar

Recipe Ingredients for quiche

8 oz Egg Whites
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 oz (tuscan garden) real bacon bits
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.25 cup Olive Oil
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 oz (fit and active) mild cheddar

Recipe Directions for quiche

  1. mix oil w/ ice water.

  2. add flour and mix to form dough.

  3. steam broccoli and onion, cool.

  4. roll dough out for a 9 ainch pie pan.

  5. mix all other ing. pour over dough and bake for approx.45 min in a 350 deg. oven
