Eggs and lots of veggies make a healthy, satisfying meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

2 serving PC Blue Menu Liight Cheddar - Old
5 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Onions
8 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
320 grams Tenderflake Regular Pie Shells
1 serving 1% Partly Skimmed Milk

Recipe Directions for Quiche

  1. Sautee veggies.

  2. Whisk eggs with milk.

  3. Grate cheese.

  4. Put 1/2 of cheese in pie shelll, top with sauteed veggies. Pour egg mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 mins. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 35 mins.
