i got this from a cook book just trying to find out how many calories it has. ALOT.

Recipe Ingredients for quiche

1 serving Pie Crust Shells
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
2 serving Garlic Cloves
4 serving Eggs
1 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.25 cup chopped Green Onions
16 oz Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
8 oz Fancy Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
1 slice, thin/small Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for quiche

bake crust 425 for 10 min. heat oil medium heat add all veg but tomato. cook till soft. in seperate bowl mix egg, half&half, salt and pepper.add cheese and veg to and egg mix to crust bake 375 for 45 min or until eggs aren't runny.
