Quiche with chopped ham and veggies!

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

6 large Egg, Whole4 cup, diced Ham, Sliced, Regular1 cup Cauliflower1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper8 oz Traditional Plain Greek Yog

Recipe Directions for Quiche

  1. 1. Chop up all veggies and ham into bite sized pieces.

  2. 2. Beat eggs, add greek yogurt and a little salt and pepper.

  3. Put veggies and egg mixture into a 9x9 pan, cover with your choice of cheese.

  4. 3. Cover with foil bake in a 375 degree over for 45 - 50 minutes.

  5. 4. Uncover and check, bake until center is set...and cheese is golden.

  6. 5. Pull out of the over - cover again with the foil until the quiche has cooled or you can eat it hot.

  7. 6. Top with salsa.
