One step makes-its-own-crust Quiche! Fill with a variety of meats/veggies/cheeses to taste!

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

3 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
3/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
8 oz Cheddar Shredded Cheese
6 oz Ham, Sliced, Extra Lean
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/4 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Quiche

Whisk together milk, flour, eggs, salt & pepper to taste in lg bowl. Fold in meats, cheeses, veggies. Pour in a greased, deep dish pie plate and bake at 400F for 30 minutes until lightly browned & bubbly.
