This quiche is great for a quick breakfast, or as a side to a salad for dinner. You can add any ingredient you want to the base, from shrimp to all veggie. All ingrediants can be changed as needed, change the white flour for rice flour or brown flour, or the milk to 1% or skim. Its an easy recipe to mix up and change.

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

6 eggs
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons margarine
2 cups 2% milk
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 cup white onion
1/4 cup ham
3 tablespoons cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Quiche

  1. whisk eggs in a oven safe dish. make sure the side are high on the dish, this recipe rises significantly (then falls as it cools)

  2. add flour, melted margarine, milk and mix until all the flour is incorporated.

  3. add your extra ingrediants and stir. Top with cheese if wanted.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes until egg is cooked all the way through.
