Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

8 refrigerated pie crust
8 eggs
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup swiss cheese
2 cups frozen spinach
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup diced onion

Recipe Directions for Quiche

  1. bake pie crust at 450 for 8 mins. remove tin foil and bake for additional 4-5 mins till dry.

  2. mix together the remaining ingredients and pour into hot pie crust. bake at 325 for 45-50 mins or until fork comes out clean.
