Standard quiche recipe. Not sure the crust calorie count is accurate because I haven't calculated my home made version. Also note on the heavy cream this is actually 3/4 c

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

12 tblsp cream heavy
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 tblsp olive oil
700 g srting-ums cheese
1 crust, single 9"
2 egg
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Quiche

  1. Take eggs and mix with the cream and milk. Add whatever main ingredients into the pie crust, top with the shredded cheese and then pour the egg mixture over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake another 40 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.

  2. Note in this version I used roasted bell peppers then sauteed some onion and put into the quiche. Very tasty.
