Quiche with onion, green pepper, tomato, bacon and swiss cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, cut into 1 tbsp. pcs., very cold
1/4 cup cold water
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 strips bacon, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Quiche

  1. Make the crust.

  2. Mix together remaining ingredients, pour into crust.

  3. Bake 45 minutes at 350.

  4. Cool then slice.
