For Brunch, Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Quiche is great anytime

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

1 frozen Pie Crust
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella, Part Skim

Recipe Directions for Quiche

  1. Bake Pie Crust for 5-15 minutes

  2. Mix all other ingredents poor into crust

  3. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until middle no longer jiggles.
