broccoli swiss easy no crust quiche

Recipe Ingredients for quiche

1 cup light cream
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
3 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cups of cheese

Recipe Directions for quiche

  1. put wet ingredients in a bowl and whisk

  2. place broccoli (frozen is easiest- just cook it before adding) and cheese in a pyrex.

  3. fill in wet mixture.

  4. bake for 40 minutes at 350.
