Makes 8 servings



Yummy breakfast or dinner. Add as many veggies as you like. Top with cheese, sour cream, salsa, whatever you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

8 eggs
2 cups frozen hash browns
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup onion diced
1/3 cup diced ham

Recipe Directions for Quiche

  1. Thaw hash browns or frozen tator tots and squeeze between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

  2. Spray bottom of quiche pan with Pam.

  3. Press hash browns into bottom and up around sides. Bake in oven until brown.

  4. Whisk eggs and milk together and pour onto hash browns.

  5. Sprinkle remaining ingrediants on top.

  6. Bake at 350 until eggs are set.

  7. Season to taste.
