Zucchini, Squash, Spinach, Beef, Bisquick

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

1 yellow squash
1 zucchini
1/2 cup spinach
2 cups milk
3/4 lb ground beef
1/4 tsp salt
5 eggs
3/4 cups baking mix
1/3 cups olive oil
3/4 cups shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Quiche

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.

  2. Sprinkle beef in bottom of pie pan (9" or larger).

  3. Then sprinkle vegetables.

  4. Cover with cheese.

  5. In a seperate bowl, mix milk, salt, eggs, baking mix and oil. Blend until smooth.

  6. Pour the mixture in pie pan, covering the cheese and vegetables. Should fill pan, do not overflow.

  7. Place in oven to bake for 40 minutes.

  8. Let cool for 10 minutes.

  9. Slice and serve.
