Recipe Ingredients for Quiche

340 g (2 whole) pie shell 117234
260 g red pepper
150 g mushroom
100 g leek
2 tsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 egg
2 egg whites
6 oz unsweetened Almond Breeze 101653
100 g firm ripened cheese, grated 87408
1 cup 1% cottage cheese 124082
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated 95984
1 tbsp basil, chopped
1 tbsp sage, chopped

Recipe Directions for Quiche

  1. Chop and saute veggies and garlic in oil.

  2. Chop bread in processor.

  3. Mix all ingredients. Process on 'chop' if you prefer smooth texture, but don't overdo it to keep veggies in tact.

  4. Pour into crusts (as prepared on box instructions).

  5. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350F.
