Obviously, I don't really use 8 pie crusts, but idiot software only understands servings, not wholes. And yes, I always eat 2 pieces, and I'm not gonna stop. LOL

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche Lorraine

8 Pie Crusts
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. spinach, thawed, chopped
2 bacon
2 1/2 c. swiss cheese
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Quiche Lorraine

  1. Saute onion in olive oil, add salt pepper and nutmeg to taste. (A sprinkle of tarragon is good too.)

  2. Add chopped spinach and chopped microwave bacon, stir-fry briefly to mix flavors. Load mixture into pie crust.

  3. Whisk together eggs and milk, then pour over other ingredients in crust, making sure egg mixture mostly covers all.

  4. Bake 50 min. (more or less depending on your oven) @ 350 degrees F. Lest rest about 5 or 10 min. before cutting.
