Recipe Ingredients for Quiche Lorraine

1 crust, single 9" Pie Crust, Standard-type
6 serving lilydale turkey bacon
0.5 tbsp chopped Onions
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
6 oz Swiss Low Fat Semi-firm Cheeses
3 large Egg, White
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Quiche Lorraine

  1. Preheat ove to 350 degrees.

  2. Thaw 9" frozen pie shell and then back for 5 minutes.

  3. Remove it from the oven and set aside.

  4. Chop the bacon and then fry it in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Drain the fat and spread bacon over shell.

  6. Dice and saute onion until tender and spread over bacon.

  7. GRate cheese and spread over bacon.

  8. Whick eggs, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg together. Pour into shell over cheese.

  9. Bake for 35 minutes until the quiche is firm.
