Recipe Ingredients for Quiche Lorraine

1 pie crust
12 slices turkey bacon, cooked, crumbled [7254 x 12]
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup Egg Beaters
2 cups nonfat milk
1 salt, to taste
1 pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Quiche Lorraine

  1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Lay the pastry in a 9-inch pie plate. Put the bacon and cheese on the pastry. Beat the eggs, milk and salt and pepper and pour over the bacon and cheese.

  2. Bake for 15 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes, until a knife inserted about one inch from the edge comes out clean.

  3. Let the quiche stand for 10 minutes or so before cutting.
