Recipe Ingredients for Quiche Lorraine

4 oz italian cheese
1 tbsp flour
1 small onion, diced
1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
8 oz ham, diced
1 1/4 cup milk, 2%

Recipe Directions for Quiche Lorraine

  1. unroll pie crust and put into pie plate. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

  2. Mix eggs and milk together in bowl.

  3. Mix flour, onions and cheese together.

  4. Put ham into the baked pie crust, put the cheese mixture on top then add the egg mixture over all of that.

  5. Bake at 325 on convection for 1 hour.
