A basic quiche lorraine with courgette and tomato

Recipe Ingredients for Quiche Lorraine

110 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
50 grams Butter
2 medium Egg, Whole
300 grams Sainsburys 50% less fat Creme Fraiche
3 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 Medium Tomatoes
20 grams Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Quiche Lorraine

Make a pastry shell with the flour, butter and some water. Bake for 20 minutes. Mix the eggs and creme fraiche. Fry the bacon and courgette. Place on base of pastry shell, pour the creme fraiche and eggs into it, slice tomato over the top then bake for another 30 minutes
