Recipe Ingredients for Quiche Lorraine with Baby Spinach

4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup light cream
2 shells puff pastry
1 brown onion
1 cup baby spinach
3 medium slices bacon
1 cup cheese

Recipe Directions for Quiche Lorraine with Baby Spinach

  1. Heat oven to 180 deg/cel

  2. Defrost the sheets of pastry.

  3. Pan fry the bacon, then onion.

  4. Add the 4 eggs, milk and cream: whisk together. Then add cheese (grated).

  5. A few pinches of salt and a couple of twists of pepper.

  6. Add the bacon and onion, stir through the baby spinach.

  7. Line a baking dish with the pastry, then toss in the mixture and leave to cook for about 45min.
