Recipe Ingredients for Quiche, crustless

1 tbsp bread crumbs, dried
2 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
3/4 pepper, red, diced
6 oz spinach, (8 cups)
3 eggs
3 egg whites
1 cup ricotta cheese, reduced fat
1/2 cup parmesan, grated

Recipe Directions for Quiche, crustless

  1. Coat pie plate with spray canola

  2. Spread with bread crumbs

  3. Coook onions, pepper until soft,

  4. Addd spinach until wilted

  5. mix eggs, add cheeses and Mix with Veg's

  6. bake ?
