Recipe Ingredients for Queso

1 T Butter
10 1/2 oz Cheddar Cheese Soup
5 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
10 oz Diced Tomatoes
4 oz Green Chiles
4 oz Diced Jalapeno Peppers
3 lb of American or Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Queso

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan.

  2. Add soup, milk, tomatoes, chiles, jalapenos and cheese. Warm until cheese is melted.

  3. Make sure you stir regularly.

  4. Put in a large serving dish and serve with tortilla chips.
