Recipe Ingredients for Queso

1 tsp cornstarch
3 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 tbsp butter
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup hot salsa

Recipe Directions for Queso

  1. In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, then stir in corn starch completely.

  2. Add cream cheese and sour cream and stir until completely melted.

  3. Add cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted.

  4. Stir in oregano and salsa. Cook until bubbly.

  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
