Large soft flour tortillas filled with gooey cheese, ground chicken and veggies :9

Recipe Ingredients for Quesadillas - cheese, chicken & veg

300 g ground chicken
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
1 pinch lemon pepper
1 pinch oregano
3 cloves garlic, crushed
140 g red bell pepper, diced
60 g mushrooms, sliced
75 frozen is fine spinach
80 g canned corn
370 6 large soft tortillas ANTICA CANTINA Flour Tortilla
120 a fat-reduced goudalike cheese SYNN´┐ŻE Lett Gulost

Recipe Directions for Quesadillas - cheese, chicken & veg

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan. Begin to brown ground chicken, adding in garlic and seasonings.

  2. When chicken is almost browned, add in diced peppers. Stir and cook for 2 min.

  3. Add in mushrooms and spinach and cook for further 3 minutes.

  4. Add in lime juice and corn kernels. Stir ad cook for 2 minutes. Allow to cool somewhat. Grate cheese.

  5. Warm another frying pan on low. Place a tortilla in the pan. spread a little cheese on one half, spoon over some of the sauteed chicken and veg top a little more cheese and fold the tortilla so you have a semi-circle. Press down lightly.

  6. Cook one both sides till golden.
