skip the sour cream. the spices make it very flavorful. i purposely made this a half a quesadilla because it's still filling, and you can skip nearly 200 calories (the second tortilla), which keeps it at right about 400 calories. not the most low-cal meal, but it works for me. (400 x 4 meals = 1600 calories...)

Recipe Ingredients for Quesadilla

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 (4 oz) chicken breast
1/4 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1 tortilla (eight inch)

Recipe Directions for Quesadilla

  1. set stove on medium and add spices. let spices and pan warm for a 20-30 seconds, and then add cubed chicken breasts. pan fry until done. set aside

  2. DO NOT WASH PAN...halve tortilla, and add one piece to the pan. the spices and slight chicken flavor that was on the pan should transfer to the tortilla. add cheese, etc, etc.

  3. EAT!
