Recipe Ingredients for Quesadila Casserole

1 tsp Chili Powder
2 serving Ground Cumin
1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
0.5 tsp Oregano Leaves
16 oz 90% Lean Ground Beef, Fresh
4 ounces Fresh Chopped Onions
2 cup Tomato Sauce
15 oz Black Beans
8.75 oz Niblets Whole Kernal Sweet Corn
4.5 oz Green Chilies
6 tortillas 6" Yellow Corn Tortillas 24ct
16 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese

Recipe Directions for Quesadila Casserole

Brown beef and onion in large skillet on medium high heat: drain. Add tomato sauce, rinsed and drained beans, corn and green chilies: mix well. Stir in all of the Spices. Bring to boil, Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Add Red pepper flakes if desired to taste.
