Yummy and filling - great with Habanero salsa!

Recipe Ingredients for Que Sera Quesadilla

2 whole-wheat tortillas
1/2 cup cheese
1/2 cup grilled chicken
1 tsp cilantro
1 green onion
1 tbsp salsa

Recipe Directions for Que Sera Quesadilla

  1. Place 1 tortilla in nonstick pan- preheated over medium-low heat, top with 1/2 of the cheese and the chicken, cilantro and onion. Add remaining cheese and top tortilla, pressing down to flatten

  2. Cook 3 minutes then flip and cook 3 more minutes

  3. Serve with salsa or fat free sour cream
