Recipe Ingredients for Quck homemade buttermilk biscuits

6 serving Food You Feel Good About Flour
6 serving Food You Feel Good About All Purpose Flour
25.2 grams Pure Cane Sugar
1 tsp Salt, Table
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.75 cup Butter

Recipe Directions for Quck homemade buttermilk biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.

  2. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.

  3. Cut the butter into 1/4"cubes. Rub into the dry ingredients until you get fine crumbs.

  4. Add the buttermilk until evenly moist.

  5. Either drop by 1/4c, or pat out flat on a lightly floured surface and use a cup or cookie cutter to make biscuits.

  6. Bake at 425F for 15minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
