Recipe Ingredients for Quck Banana Oatmeal

1/2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 medium banana
1/2 oz pure maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Quck Banana Oatmeal

  1. Cook oatmeal with milk according to package directions.

  2. Mash banana with a fork in separate bowl until smooth.

  3. Add maple syrup to banana.

  4. When oatmeal is finished add banana mixture to oatmeal and combine well.

  5. Top with chopped walnuts if available.
