gluten-free oat bran muffins with banana and blueberries - recipe on the back of the box.

Recipe Ingredients for quaker oat bran muffins

240 g quaker oat bran hot cereal
1/4 c packed brown sugar
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 c skim milk
2 egg whites
1/4 c honey
2 T canola oil
1 medium banana, mashed
3/4 c blueberries

Recipe Directions for quaker oat bran muffins

heat oven to 425. line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups. combine dry ingredients, mix well. stir together milk, egg whites, honey, and oil and add to dry ingredients - mix just until moistened. Fold in banana and blueberries. Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 or a little more full. bake 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
