1/3 tsp salt
30 g raisins
1 tbsp Honey
2 ounce soy milk

  1. microwave 1/2 cup (~55 grams) Quaker Oats instant Oatmeal Dry mix in 1 cup of water for 1 min, 20 sec (watch for bubbling overflow!)

  2. sprinkle in raisins

  3. stir in honey

  4. stir - eat it while it's hot!
