Recipe Ingredients for Qiunoa salad

1 cup quinoa
2 cups chicken broth
1 chicken breast, diced
1 Squash, Zucchini, Baby
1 cup summer squash
3 Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 asparagus spear
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Qiunoa salad

  1. Cook quinoa

  2. add vegetables and chicken

  3. whisk together vinegar, olive oil, and soy sauce

  4. add all ingredients together, mix well

  5. put in refrigerator over night
