1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 tbsp Exotic Indian Spices
1/2 flatbread Indian Naan Flatbread Whole Grain

Recipe Directions for Qima

  1. Cook onions til clear.

  2. Add salt and meat. Cook until almost brown.

  3. Add spices.

  4. Add tomatoes. Cook until water disappears.

  5. Serve with naan.
