My version of PW's roasted green beans with bacon recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for PW's Roasted Green Beans

16 oz Beans, Snap, Green
1 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 dash Pepper, Black
22 grams Wellshire Farms Bacon
150 grams Onion
0.33 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for PW's Roasted Green Beans

  1. HEAT oven to 400 degrees

  2. Finely dice bacon and slice onions, along the pole, into 1/4 inch strips.

  3. MIX all ingredients.

  4. SPREAD beans in a single layer of a prepared cookie sheet.

  5. ROAST for 10 minutes.
