1 lb. macaroni
9 1/2 oz. pepper jack cheese
1 cup fat free yogurt
1 jalapeno pepper
1/2 onion
1 tbsp. garlic
2 cups canned corn
4 oz. canned peppers
1/2 bell pepper

Recipe Directions for PW not your granny's mac and cheese

  1. Cook macaroni

  2. Saute peppers, onion and garlic

  3. Add corn and canned peppers

  4. Add yogurt and cheese to macaroni, then add veggies

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
