4 oz Wine
4 pieces Garlic Cloves

Recipe Directions for PUTTANESCA SAUCE

Melt can of anchovies in the olive oil that it was packed in. Add Garlic cook for until soft and add a dash of crushed red pepper. Next add tomatoes, wine, the rest of the ingredients.
