1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
