Recipe Ingredients for Putanasca

2 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
4 tbsp Unico Sliced Black Olives
1 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned

Recipe Directions for Putanasca

  1. chop veggies

  2. place in roasting pan

  3. over with olive oil and spices, mix

  4. roast at 400F for 10-15 mins until veg are soft

  5. serve over pasta
