Fantastic and hearty spaghetti that will please even the NON Spaghetti lover in the family. With Steak instead of Burger, this is a MANLY meal.

Recipe Ingredients for De Pury's Steak Spaghetti

32 oz spaghetti
16 oz Spaghetti sauce
16 oz tomato paste
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
10 oz steak

Recipe Directions for De Pury's Steak Spaghetti

  1. Broil Steak in oven for 30 minutes until done, remove from oven, and slice into small bite size pieces.

  2. Dice the peppers leaving one sliver for garnish.

  3. Make a sauce with 1/4 cup of tomato paste and 1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil. Bring to a medium heat, add cubed steak and saute until steak achieves browned edges.

  4. Prepare Spaghetti (or angel hair pasta) as necessary. Simmer Spaghetti sauce on low heat, add diced peppers and paste. Slowly add in the cubed steak and stir together.

  5. Serve pasta with sauce and steak over the top, add Parmesan cheese topping and sliver of pepper for presentation.
