Recipe Ingredients for purple potatoes and Egg

5 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
2.5 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
0.25 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 dash Pepper, Black
1 dash Salt, Table
15 grams Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for purple potatoes and Egg

  1. Cut potatoes into small cubes. Parboil them.

  2. Heat skillet and put 1 tsp of olive oil into skillet. place parboiled potatoes in pan and fry until just done.

  3. Scramble eggs, add pepper, salt and milk, scramble thourghly.

  4. Add egg mixture to pan and add crumbled bacon. cook until eggs are done.
