1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup kefir
1 cup blueberries
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/16 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Purple Ninja

add ingredients in blender in following order, milk, kefir, spinach, cocoa powder, salt, blueberries, blend until smooth (if you're using an older blender you may want to chop up the spinach in smaller pieces).
