Recipe Ingredients for Pureed Beet Salad

4 beets
1 cup chopped walnuts
6 cloves garlic, minced
7 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pureed Beet Salad

  1. Boil beets until easily pierceable. Peel and chop.

  2. Blend beets, walnuts, garlic, olive oil, rice vinegar and salt until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
