1.4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup flax meal 1/4 cup protein powder 1/4tsp liquid stevia 5 tbsp water

2 oz Flax Meal
2 oz Brown Rice Protein
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 packet In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener

Recipe Directions for pure 2 raw vegan protein muffin (makes 1 large)

  1. Directions:

  2. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

  3. Place protein powder and flax meal into a bowl. Next add in your baking soda and baking powder and stevia. Begin to stir. (if you do not want to use stevia in this recipe, use about 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite sugar)

  4. Next add in your 5 tablespoons water. You can use a non-dairy milk alternative if you would like.

  5. **Batter will be REALLY THICK.

  6. Place muffin batter into a lightly coconut oiled pan. Bake for about 20 minutes.

  7. Take out from warm oven let cool slightly and then enjoy.
